Lavastorm Analytics has today announced the launch of Lavastorm
BillAnalyzer 7.2, the latest version of its business e-billing and
analytics solution. Featuring additional multi-service management
capability to support the Unified Communications market, the new version
of Lavastorm BillAnalyzer is especially well suited to CSPs looking to
offer a single view of multiple service types to their enterprise
customer base from disparate billing systems.
Using Lavastorm BillAnalyzer 7.2, CSPs are able to provide their
corporate and SME customers with an integrated invoicing and analytics
tool, extending the capabilities of the Lavastorm Analytics Platform in
to the end user domain. With additional multi-language capability CSPs
are able to provide their enterprise customers with granular e-billing
analytic capability and a single view across complex multi-service and
multi-user environments.
Lavastorm BillAnalyzer 7.2 also enables the enterprise to define
targeted and personalized organizational structures based on unique
mappings of their organization, users and service requirements, offering
the ability to track and control communications costs across
cross-functional projects and programmes. This capability, called User
Defined Hierarchies (UDH), provides users with immediate access to
standard and custom reports. The scheduled reporting capability saves
valuable time by allowing reports to be automatically generated and
distributed to colleagues and staff, and ensures that users have the
most effective and accessible dashboard for analysis and reporting, as
well as full access to the functionality and ease-of-use that Lavastorm
BillAnalyzer offers.
