We deploy our Lavastorm Data Analytic Platform and associated automated controls through an agile methodology. This approach (depicted below) is driven from the reality that, going in, the root causes of defects and the impact of business rules are unclear and conditional. Instead of designing the range of contingencies needed to build the optimal system, we enable users to investigate specific data sets, see the data and relevant rules, and iteratively identify and resolve defects. This approach achieves unparalleled time-to-value, enabling providers to rapidly improve financials and apply a subset of those gains as working capital to extend the controls. Our initial deployments drive returns within 3 months, meaning providers gain returns within one quarter and can self-fund further expansion.
